We are excited to let you know that we have updated our sub-client app.
Often our customers are not the end-users of the IoT devices. The “sub-client” app allows device manufacturers to give day-to-day SIM management to device owners. This will let device owners see real-time data usage, manage the SIM lifecycle, set up alerts, and make changes to their SIMs as needed.
With this new update,
- you’ll have a more granular and future-proofed way of giving permissions to third parties;
- you can group SIMs without affecting the sub-clients interface or conflicting with your customer’s way of doing things;
- you can export data usage and costs per sub-client, making it easier to charge your customers;
- you can allow your customers to leverage value-adding apps without yourself subscribing to them.

Slide-over for SIM details
The recent release also includes a slide-over for SIM details.
The slide-over includes all the information from the SIM detail page. Instead of being directed to a new page when you click on the ICCID, you'll see a slide-over with the same information anywhere in Terminal.
Since you don't have to leave the main page anymore, it speeds up troubleshooting and makes applying small changes to SIMs from any screen convenient.
