You can contact support via the pop-up window on Terminal or the 1oT Support Portal, where you'll find answers to frequently asked questions, helpful articles, and other resources. You can also create an account on the portal to view all your past tickets and conversations.

Improvements and fixes:
The eSIM management tool's search bar now shows the ICCID or eID previously used to filter a search even after you navigate away from the page and return to it later.
Fixed an issue where the dashboard's map didn't show location icons after you changed the time period.
Unified the look of icons and drop-down menus across 1oT Terminal.
