We have separated the Alerts & Notifications tab and the Event Log to give you a better overview of critical information.
The Alerts page is now only for notifications about potential connectivity problems or notifications you have set with Workflow Automation. You can access this from the bell icon.
We've introduced a new feature that allows you to personalize your Alerts preferences.
You can now choose which notifications you want to see and even change the primary SIM identifier. By default, the identifier is ICCID, but you can now switch it to a SIM’s IMSI, MSISDN, or IMEI.
The Event log shows all the activities taken on your account, which can be found in the menu under the human icon.
A new feature for the Event Log is seeing progress with SIM status changes, eSIM transactions, and sending SMS messages. Click "See more info" to see the progress of each individual SIM in a bulk action.
